Yes. Commercial bins start from £25 a clean, and each site is quoted separately because the number of bins, their size and access all vary. Tell us what you have and how often you’d like them cleaned on our commercial page, and Ben will reply on WhatsApp with a price.

Ben is starting with Loughton (IG10). Enter your postcode on our areas page and you’ll find out straight away whether your street is on the round. If it isn’t yet, send Ben your details on WhatsApp from the same page and he’ll let you know as soon as the round reaches your area. Cleans start in January 2027.

On your collection day, after the council has emptied your bin. You tell us your collection day when you book. Epping Forest empties black and blue bins every two weeks, and six weeks is exactly three fortnights, so every regular clean lands on a week your bin is emptied.

No. Leave your bin where the council empties it, and Ben will clean it there and put it back where he found it. Visits are arranged after your bin has been emptied. If there’s anything Ben needs to know about getting to your bins, just tell him on WhatsApp.

You don’t pay. If your bin wasn’t out, wasn’t emptied, or Ben couldn’t get to it, he’ll let you know on WhatsApp. Your regular pattern carries on, so your next clean stays on its usual date. If you’d like it sooner, just message Ben.

If the weather stops Ben working, he moves the round to another day and messages you the new date on WhatsApp. If the new day doesn’t suit you, just reply and he’ll skip that clean. You only ever pay for a clean that’s been done, so a rained-off visit never costs you anything.

There’s nothing to pay online. The booking form opens WhatsApp with your details filled in, and it does not take payment. Ben confirms the price and how to pay when he confirms your booking. If Ben couldn’t clean your bin, you pay nothing, and there’s no contract.

Just message Ben on WhatsApp, or call him on 07940 118192. Skipping keeps your six-weekly pattern, and a moved clean goes to one of your bin’s next emptying days. You can pause or cancel any time, with no contract and no fee.
